The privacy policy is provided exclusively for the Site and therefore Movieitaly+ is not responsible for any other website to which the user may be redirected through the hyperlinks published on the website.

Individuals, by using this website, accept this privacy policy and are therefore invited to review it before providing any personal information.

e) Other companies belong to Minerva Pictures Group.

We may disclose personal information to other companies controlled, affiliated or linked with the Minerva Pictures Group, which is the controlling shareholder of Movieitaly S.r.l.. For example, we may share personal information we collect with our group to provide, improve, offer, market, and otherwise communicate with you about their own products and services. Our products and services may be developed, managed, marketed and sold by a variety of our affiliates. We share information that may identify you internally among affiliates publicly recognized as Minerva Pictures Group companies. Public recognition may derive from, for example, the use of common branding elements, advertising, press, social media reports or other public forms of notice. We require the other Group’s companies to protect the personal information consistent with this Policy and the law applicable at all times. f) Business partners and third parties.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with us (e.g., your subscription); following termination of the relationship, for any reason, the data will be kept for the strictly necessary period, exclusively for the needs of protection of our rights and for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

 

5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

 

a) Marketing preferences.

We may provide you with an opportunity to express your preferences with respect to receiving certain marketing communications from us, and our sharing of personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you ever decide in the future that you would like to update these preferences, you may (i) log in to an account you have created with us on the Site to adjust your settings, or (ii) send an email to clients-support@vodevolution.com or info@movieitalyplus.com.

To opt out of receiving our email marketing communications, you can also follow the "unsubscribe" instructions provided in any marketing email you receive from us. If you previously chose to receive push notifications on your mobile device from us, but no longer wish to receive them, you can manage your preferences through your device or app settings, depending on the type of device. If you have signed up to receive text messages from us and no longer wish to receive such messages, you may follow the instructions to stop the delivery of such messages.

 

b) Processing rights

We inform you that, with the respect to the processing of your personal information, you have the following rights:

• requesting and obtaining information about the existence of personal information in the availability of Movieitaly+ and access to such data;

• for data processed with automated systems, requesting and transferring to another processor;

 • requesting and obtaining the modification and / or correction of your personal information if inaccurate or incomplete;

• requesting and obtaining the cancellation - and / or the limitation - of processing of your personal information in the case of unnecessary data or information - or no longer necessary - for the above purposes. Then, after the termination of the contractual relationship, for the purposes indicated in the paragraph above on Data Retention Period.

 • Withdrawing your consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions (i.e., such withdrawal may affect the use of some parts of the Site or the provision of the Service).

We also inform you that you can propose any complaints regarding the processing of your personal information to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1 We operate internationally, and many of our computer systems are currently based in the European Union, which means personal information we collect will be processed by us in the European Union.

However, whenever we transfer your Information outside of a country or region, such as the European Economic Area, we will make sure that we take steps necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements. Therefore, where required, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place by using appropriate contractual mechanisms or by relying upon the service providers participating in an approved international data transfer mechanism, including the adoption of Binding Corporate Rules.

 

7. CHILDREN

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the Movieitaly+ Service. Minors may only use the Service under the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or a legal guardian.
